Amy Barnhizer is a native of Richmond, Indiana and currently lives in Yorktown, Indiana. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Ball State University and has her CPA license. Amy is also a member of the Indiana CPA Society.

In her role as a Senior Accountant with Whitinger & Company, her specialties and responsibilities include accounting, consulting and tax compliance services for small businesses, individuals, and nonprofit organizations.

Amy has twenty-eight years of experience in public accounting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for a highly diversified range of clientele. She is proficient in the preparation of business and individual tax returns and is highly adept at utilizing research tools.

Outside of work, Amy and her family attend The Compass Church.  She enjoys taking walks with her husband and watching their daughter run cross country.
