Nancy Brown is from Plainfield, Indiana, but currently lives in Indianapolis. She attended Florida Christian College and IUPUI in Indianapolis, where she studied Biblical Studies and Counseling. As an Administrative Assistant, she performs various duties in support of the firm’s public accounting function, including receiving clients, answering the telephone, routing incoming calls appropriately, processing incoming and outbound mail and packages, and processing client documents. Nancy helps to ensure that clients and staff members are supported.

Before joining Whitinger & Company, Brown worked as a Senior Client Services Representative with Capital Group-American Funds for twenty years.

Nancy has four married sons and fifteen grandchildren. She enjoys Biblical studies and history, hiking, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren. She has volunteered with 4H, Nora Elementary Teaching Gardens, and her church’s annual community service activities.
