Rachel Pope, a Lynn, Indiana native, now resides in Economy. Before joining Whitinger & Company, she was a co-owner and office manager of a trucking company, overseeing various administrative tasks such as accounting, banking, payroll, and overall operations. Rachel’s previous experience has equipped her with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by businesses, making her a valuable member of the team.

As a bookkeeper at Whitinger, Rachel handles a range of responsibilities, including bookkeeping, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations for the firm’s business clients. She also manages multiple payroll clients, ensuring the smooth processing of their weekly/bi-weekly payrolls and handling all monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting requirements.

Besides her professional pursuits, Rachel is a skilled photographer who enjoys trail riding and crafting. However, her primary joy comes from spending quality time with her two young daughters and the family’s two dogs.
