The company provides a comprehensive medical insurance program with significant company participation for all full-time staff members. Associates have the choice between a traditional plan and a high-deductible plan with HSA option.

The company provides 3X your annual compensation in life insurance after six months of service.
 

Staff members may voluntarily sign up for a short-term disability insurance policy. Premiums are conveniently payroll-deducted and any disability benefit collected is tax-free.

The company sponsors a retirement savings program including significant company match. Eligibility for employee deferral begins immediately upon hire as does the company match.

The company offers PTOs for vacation, sick leave, personal time and bereavement time. Hours accumulate monthly at rates tied to your years of employment with the firm.

Most major national holidays are observed each year and associates receive paid time off to celebrate.

The company pays dues for AICPA, INCPAS and other professional and community organizations.

To enhance performance and career development, all new staff members are assigned a mentor. Your mentor will assist you in learning about our culture, values, practices, and procedures. They will also help with career feedback, help resolve issues that may arise, and answer a variety of work-related questions.

Consistent with our values, we encourage our staff to support our local communities by becoming actively involved in community organizations and events, especially leadership roles. Annually, we volunteer as a team with a variety of nonprofit organizations.

The company reimburses mileage at the standard IRS rate for all out of county travel plus other reasonable expenses for meals and lodging.

The company pays for approved continuing education classes plus related travel costs.

The company provides an expense allowance for the cost of CPA exam registrations and exam materials and provides additional time off to take the exam within the first two years of employment. An incentive bonus is offered to those who pass the exam in their first two years.
