July 11, 2024 –Muncie, IN – Regional public accounting and advisory firm Whitinger & Company has announced the addition of Rachel Pope to the firm’s Bookkeeping & Payroll Division.
Based in the firm’s Muncie, Indiana office, Rachel’s responsibilities include bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations for the firm’s business clients. She also handles payroll processing for various clients, including weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, as well as monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting.
A Lynn, Indiana native, Rachel now resides in Economy. Before joining Whitinger & Company, she was a co-owner and office manager of a trucking company, overseeing various administrative tasks such as accounting, banking, payroll, and overall operations. Rachel’s previous experience has equipped her with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by businesses, making her a valuable addition to the team.
