Whitinger & Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Holly McCollum, CPA from Senior Accountant to Manager.
Holly McCollum, a native of Farmland, Indiana works out of the firm’s Muncie office and has more than twenty-five years of experience and diverse accounting background. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Ball State University and worked in a variety of industries, including public accounting, manufacturing, and financial institutions before joining Whitinger in 2019.
As a Manager with the firm, she specializes in income tax return preparation for businesses and individuals, consulting for small businesses, financial institution audits and compliance, and financial statement audits. Holly is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.
Holly resides in Randolph County with her husband and two college-age children. She and her family are members of LifePoint Church, where she has volunteered in many roles. She is also a member of the board of directors for First Choice for Women, where she currently serves as Board Secretary and is a member of the finance committee.
