Whitinger & Company is pleased to announce the promotion of Lauren Dickson, CPA to Senior Accountant. Lauren is a native of New Palestine, Indiana, but now resides in Greenfield and works out of Whitinger’s Indianapolis office. She graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Minor in Spanish. Before joining Whitinger & Company full-time in September 2019 she completed an internship with the firm.
As a Senior Accountant, Lauren is responsible for accounting, consulting, and tax compliance services for businesses, individuals, and non-profits. She works with clients to prepare tax returns and performs tax planning and research for individual and business clients.
She is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Lauren recently completed all sections of the CPA exam and received her license. Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, reading, and spending time with her family. She also serves as a 4-H leader and project superintendent in Hancock County.
